OMX, platform features

By Jon Elkin | October 9, 2018

The world's most powerful procurement database is growing to include provincial and municipal opportunities across Canada. Learn how to leverage these new opportunities data and win new business!

Access provincial and municipal opportunities

OMX is partnering with bids&tenders to bring Canadian provincial and municipal tenders to our users. This includes opportunities from all Canadian regions, cities, towns, counties, and other areas.

These tenders will automatically populate in the OMX marketplace, where you can search for, view, and respond to relevant opportunities.

A growing list of database partners

This feature update adds to OMX's existing procurement data partnerships with SAP Ariba and JAGGAER BravoSolutions:

  • The Ariba Network is the world’s largest, most global business-to-business network, with more than 2.8 million connected companies in 190 countries transacting more than $1 trillion in commerce on an annual basis.
  • The merger of JAGGAER and BravoSolution created the world’s largest independent spend management company, with over 1,850 customers connected to a network of 3.7 million suppliers in 70 countries.

When you use OMX, you get more than just the world's most powerful procurement platform - you also get access to bids&tenders, SAP Ariba, and JAGGAER BravoSolutions.

The power of partnerships

Partnerships play a critical role within the procurement ecosystem in supporting companies through their transformation journey, whether it’s advice on how to lead through change or developing procurement/supply chain specific innovations.

Earlier this year, OMX CEO Nicole Verkindt joined SAP Ariba and other partners to present "The Power of Partnership" at SAP Ariba Live.

In the video below, OMX, SAP Ariba, and other partners will share how they work with their customers to unlock the power of the Network, and provide their perspective on what it means to be part of the network and the value created as a result.
