By OMX | March 15, 2018

Toronto, ON - 15 March 2018 - Canadian technology business, OMX (Offset Market Exchange Inc.) is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for the "Best New Procurement Technology Award" at the 12th annual World Procurement Awards 2018.

The World Procurement Awards, in association with SAP Ariba, are the most celebrated and sought-after awards in procurement, representing the best projects, people, and organizations around the world. 2018 saw a record number of entries from some of the best, biggest, and most influential companies across 36 countries.

Entries endure a rigorous three-stage judging process to ensure complete transparency and guarantee that the winners really are the best of the best. Judges on this year’s panel included CPOs and experts from Bayer, Danske Bank, Mondelēz International, Adidas Group, Mars, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Kellogg and Singtel. The regional panels will be meeting for face-to-face debate over the next month to decide the overall winners of each category.

OMX is no stranger to accolades from the industry. Last year, our CEO Nicole Verkindt won Startup Canada's National Woman Entrepreneur Award. OMX was also awarded the NATO Innovation Challenge Award - one of only two Canadian companies to do so.

The winners will be announced at a prestigious awards ceremony on 17 May 2018 at the Intercontinental London, The O2.
